Mixing Jet Aerator

Mixing jet aerator has high efficiency in mixing wastewater with air, as well as circulating wastewater throughout the tank to prevent dead zone problem.

Mixing jet aerator is composed of case which is made of fiber glass, suction pipe with diameter of not less than 300 mm and screw-type impeller. The principle of mixing jet aerator is that wastewater is sucked by screw impeller driven by running belt, which generates low noise while functioning. The wastewater is then discharged by a nozzle back to the tank. This creates high pressure on the liquid surface causing several small bubbles. Water pressure then pushes wastewater and bubbles to circulate and create turbulence throughout the tank, leading to complete mixing.

One advantage of this aeration system is there are nomechanical or soft seals. In addition, electric motor is installed on the top.Therefore, it requires less maintenance than other aeration methods. Beside,additional equipments are not needed for mixing. Spare parts are also availablein markets.
