Carbon Filter

Activated carbons are well  known for their ability in adsorbing a  wide  range of  organic  compounds,  which  cause odour  and  colour,  and some  inorganic  matters   including   metals. With   particular materials  and   methods  of activation, activated carbons are highly porous, hence enormous surface areas available for  adsorption  within  pore network.

Each IOTA Carbon Filter contains granular activated carbon as the filter bed.  Our  design  allows  optimum  contact time in order to provide maximum adsorption process. Once  granular  activated  carbon is fully  utilised,  it  can  be regenerated and reused.

Carbon Filter can be used for removal of:

     Odours
     Colour
     Organic compounds
     Pesticides
